TAAM is a boutique investment manager whose investment focus is securities listed on Asian stock exchanges. Treasury Group owns 47% of the stock in TAAM and Premium Investors secured the services of this manager in October 2005 with an initial mandate of $15 million. The amount of funds managed by TAAM has been gradually increased.

TAAM believes that Asia promises to be the powerhouse of economic growth in the foreseeable future as China and India regain their positions as major economic powers. Their rapid growth in Gross Domestic Product will inevitably spill over to the other countries in the region, Australia included, and TAAM’s focus is on identifying companies who will benefit from the rise of these economic giants without competing directly with them.

The Chief Investment Officer, Peter Sartori has spent his entire 16 year career in investment management focused on Asian equities and has managed portfolios from Australia and offshore. Peter is supported by Eng Teck Tan as Investment Manager and Ushanthi Jayasinghe and Michael Timso as investment analysts.
