Keeping Shareholders in touch

Because it is a listed company, Premium releases full year and half year financial results in August and February each year. Premium also releases an Annual Report to shareholders in September and holds an Annual General Meeting in October.

In addition to these statutory communications, Premium stays in touch with shareholder through briefings held in May and October each year.  The shareholder briefings are held in at least 2 capital cities each time and on a rotational basis will include Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.

Copies of any presentations made at Premium shareholder meetings are lodged with the ASX and made available through this website.
